What sets it apart
This isn't a spreadsheet
with a better font.

Built for the 7 AM problem.

Live van tracking on a real map
Every driver's position updates in real time. See exactly where your vans are — not a list, a live map with GPS breadcrumb trails. No more "where are you?" calls.
10s GPS refresh  ·  20min trail history
Geofenced arrival — no faking it
Drivers can only confirm arrival when they're physically there. The app checks proximity before allowing confirmation. Override is available, with exact distance shown.
1 mile geofence  ·  GPS-stamped check-ins
Issues halt the run instantly
Wrong part, closed vendor, no-show — one tap puts the run on hold. The manager gets a persistent push notification that won't go away until someone acts on it.
4 issue types  ·  Push + in-app alert
Split a run without losing the rest
One part has a problem but the others are fine? Split it. Good parts continue in the original run. The problem part moves to a new run. No re-entry required.
Non-destructive  ·  Full audit trail preserved
Multi-stop runs, not just A to B
Pickup stop before delivery? Atlas handles both legs in one run. The driver gets "Stop 1 of 2" instructions, and the map updates automatically when the first stop is confirmed.
Pickup + delivery  ·  Per-leg hold support
Works when the signal doesn't
Drivers lose service in parking garages and basements. Atlas queues every check-in locally and syncs it automatically when signal returns. Nothing is lost, nothing needs a retry.
Offline queue  ·  Auto-sync on reconnect
Run Lifecycle
Every run has a state.
Every state has a meaning.

A defined state machine — drivers and managers always know exactly where a run is and what comes next.

Hold
Issue flagged — manager notified instantly
Multi-stop runs have leg-level hold and split built in. Each stop can be held, skipped, or broken out independently. The driver sees exactly what's next — nothing more.
